By integrating the CollectHubITSolutions.site API, the “Service Subscriber” (Merchant) enters into a binding “Infrastructure Accord.” This document governs the systematic use of our API-based digital service platform. CollectHub acts as a Service Aggregator and Technical Enabler, providing the bridge between primary service providers and the Merchant’s enterprise system.
2.2 Strict Operational Constraints (The Clean-Tech Mandate)
To maintain the integrity of our B2B network, the following uses of the CollectHub platform are Strictly Prohibited:
- No Consumer Wallets: The platform cannot be used to store, hold, or manage individual consumer funds or “e-wallets.”
- No Gaming/Entertainment: Integration with any platform involved in betting, luck-based gaming, or adult entertainment is strictly banned.
- No Direct Consumer Withdrawals: Our API logic is designed for service enablement (e.g., utility payments, verification), not for consumer-facing cash-out or withdrawal gateways.
2.3 Systemic Uptime & Latency Benchmarks
We commit to a 99.9% API Availability standard. However, the Merchant acknowledges that CollectHub is a conduit; we are not liable for outages at the “Source Provider” level (e.g., utility companies or government verification databases). Our liability is limited to the functionality of the “Bridge” itself.
