3.1 The Reconciliation Covenant
In high-velocity API environments, technical “Time-Outs” can occur. The CollectHubITSolutions.site Reconciliation Covenant provides the mathematical logic for resolving service discrepancies between the Merchant and the Platform.
3.2 Audit-Based Truth & Reversal Logic
- The Log-Priority Rule: In the event of a dispute regarding a digital service call, our “System Logs” serve as the definitive source of truth.
- Automatic Reversal Protocol: If an API call results in a “Charged” status at the Merchant end but a “Failed” status at the Provider end, our system initiates an Automated Reversal within 24 business hours, returning the balance to the Merchant’s operational ledger.
- Service Validation: No reversals will be processed for “Success” signals verified by the end-provider’s database.
3.3 Termination & Data Decommissioning
Upon termination of the B2B agreement, a “Final Reconciliation Audit” is conducted. Once all ledgers are balanced, the Merchant’s API keys are permanently revoked, and all associated corporate metadata is moved to a “Cold Storage” archive for legal compliance before eventual deletion.
